Advertised by Hank Lee on page 9 of March 05 Genii. - Has anyone seen a review or an on-line video clip? Do you have one? Any advice? Ad says "works with any costume" and "you will keep it with you all the time". That's the part that sounds strange.
I think outside the US, it's called the Card Propeller. |
