Hello;

I was just wondering. Are there any schools, or seminars or anything like that where you can go spend a week (or a few days) and learn some 'tricks of the trade'? This would be for me, an adult, not a kid going to summer camp. I would be interested if there is something like that. Especially if it is here in Ohio.

Thanks!

Hi. I was in the Browsers Den Magic Shop in Toronto recently, and they had an advertisement for a summer magic camp which I think was going to happen in August. The camp's website is http://www.sorcerers-safari.com/. I've not been to this camp, but offer it as a suggestion because I believe it takes place in Ontario and might be close to you in Ohio. I also do not know if sessions are offered for adults, but you could check into it.

I think there is a magic college somewhere...maybe I am just mistaken.

Jeff McBride runs a Master Course of Magic in las vegas at his home. he teaches how to develop character and give your magic a message. Basically, How to take your magic to the next level. It cost $500 and something dollars...You might be interested.

Or you could always attend a convention. THey usually run for at least 3 days and are full of lectures, contests, dealers, workshops, and shows.
