Thanks for your thoughts Mr. Davidson. I am new to the forum and I must remember that when I post I am wearing my magician's hat, not my fan's hat. My use of "generic" sounded derogatory, perhaps, and I in no way meant it to be. I should have used "old standards" or "classic" and they are just that because they are tried and true and play big and played often. I just meant to say that Cyril seems to have some great touches to add to classic effects that I really appreciate as a fan/layman and a fledgling magician reaching for the hem of the garment.
