It helps to squint your eyes or move further from the computer in the last pic.
I recently found this illusion that is very nicely created. Keep the mouse pointer off the picture and stare at the black dot for 30 seconds. Move the pointer over the picture and a color photo will appear if you keep staring that the black dot. All this illustrations are from Brazilian Magazine (VEJA - http://www.veja.com.br) there is the same illustration in portuguese version.
