Just received Fearless Fred by Mike Bent. When I read the ad, I knew it was routine I wanted to add to my kids show. The routine is inherently funny, makes sense and uses lots of audience participation. The graphics on the silks are beautiful and well made and the included sound effects are perfectly timed. I've even added a couple of more props to the routine for more comedy.
I can't wait to add this to a new library show I'm putting together. Combined with Wolf Magic's "Wacky Worm", and a Johnny Appleseed routine from David Kaye's column in "Magic Magazine" using a refurbished "Start-o-sphere", I think I've got the making of a killer library show. Thanks Mike for putting out this great product and routine... Ken |

This sounds like quite a good routine for a very reasonable price...sent you a pm on your library routine

Ken,
Is the reading show routine included with the effect or did you create it? Thanks, Mike

It encourages reading biographies, just like Fearless Fred did when he read about his hero "Evil Bowevil" Now Fred wants to set the world record from being shot out of the cannon. It's a silk to apple routine dressed up with supplied sound effects and basic props. I could see a courage theme being easily added to the routine as well. I hope that answers your question. PM me if you have any other more specific questions.. Ken |

Everyone,
Looks like Hocus Pocus is selling this for only $39.95 during the inventory clearance sale they have going on now. Great deal on great props and routine.... Ken |

Ken, when you've used Fearless Fred a couple of times, will you post a review? It's a cool looking routine, I'd be interested how it plays.

Doug,
I'll post a review soon, probably will try it out in some generic type shows to work it out before it goes into the library show. Steve, glad I could help. I ordered one when it wasn't on sale, and now that it is, I might order another. I think you'll really like it. Ken |

Old thread , but still a great trick! Performed as part of a Super Hero themed event last week. So much fun!
