If you could go back in time 20 years and give yourself a piece of advice that would help you avoid mistakes in the future, what would it be?

Hog as much TV time as possible. I did quite a bit. . . .but then I didn't push. Could've been a lot more! Major television credits can be the difference between a mediocre salary for your private shows or a much higher salary.

That's great advice. I was recently very fortunate to appear as a guest on NBC's Today Show in conjuction with my work for a corporate client. I'm doing my best to capitalize on this. I'm now working on getting my promotional material to live up to that big credit.
