Thank you for the invitation to join the Magic Cafe. It is an honor to be here with all you nice people.
I live in SoCal (that's southern California to those members who don't live in the States). If you are in SoCal, you will find me hanging out at the Magic Castle twice a week, either performing an escape down in the Inner Circle, or working on a committee. Magic has been my hobby for about 25 years. It's my favorite thing to do. Escapes has been my only focus the last 2 years so you will probably find me in that category. Welcome! Being in magic for so many years, I am sure you have your likes and dislikes, but you have come to the right place. There is something here for everyone. Please post, because that is the real fun of the Cafe. Enjoy!

Since the abreviations such as SOCAL seems so weird for a stranger like me, I wanted to derive something of it. From now on maybe we can say that: We are from MECAF (Magic Cafe).
