I learned this years ago from a blackstone book, though the instructions there used a slightly different technique to accomplish the rise. It's a great effect.

"Old as the hills" is what it says at the link, and boy, is Jimmy Fingers right about that!
I think I learned this from a library book as a kid almost 50 years ago. Some of those old, "popular magic" books have hidden gems in them. Jimmy - thanks for the reminder - I had forgotten about this one. Arnon |

If the method is the one described in the "OLD AS HILLS" books, then is it right of him to sell it?
Even if it is another method, the same can be achieved by the old as hills method.
