---BS Control---

Hi everybody!
This is my review of the BS Control by Lee Asher. ( A four card control)
I saw the video of it this morning and it actually fooled me, I thought he was holding breaks with four fingers! This control looked really clean, so I decided to buy it.

Difficulty:

2/10 : In my opinion this is a surprisingly easy control to do . Lee gives some tips to make it look like when you would put four cards in the deck in real life. He actually asks to practice the real thing.

Teaching:

Lee just goes through everything once but really covers everything. You will not miss a thing and everything is very clear. Lee is a very good teacher.

Angles:

Your left side is your worst angle but can be VERY easily covered up.

My Conclusion

I have tried a lot of different four of a kind controls but this beats all of them.
Four cards in the deck , you square, cut...controlled.
This is maybe the best 1 on 1 I have bought from Theory11.

10/10

How does it compare to the Elias multiple shift?

Oh yeah, that one.
I actually prefer the BSControl(the secret is that you actually have to control multiple cards, but you can control as one)

I got this when it was released and I've had a fun time with it. Its really a super easy control of four cards and Asher does a good job teaching as usual.
This is one of the best one-on-ones that I've purchased as well. I learned the Elias shift a long time ago and the BS control is nothing like it. I still love the Elias and will always use it but its nice to know a few different methods. I probably know no less than 15 multiple shifts and I use them all when they fit into what I'm doing. Now I have another to add and its a great one.

The effects on the DVD and lecture notes are far beyond your abilities. (They require mastery of the mechanic's grip.) It would only break your heart.

I believe what we're talking about here is the instant download available at Theory 11.

The shift is angly, but nothing you can't control ( way better than a tenkai, for example ). Lee's angle in the video is the perfect one ( perfect side actually ).

The shift is still practical, and you can control the aces invisibly to the top rather than just cutting, provided you mastered the extra sleight needed ( basic knowledge sleight )

I like this one a lot, as well. You can shift the aces any way you like, which adds to the fun.

The angles are perfect during walkaround gigs. Straightforward and direct.

I like the BS control. I don't use it that much, but it's a decent way to control cards. Fast and easy. A little bit of an angle problem, but that can be dealt with through misdirection.
