Hi, Dirk -- first of all, welcome! I saw you perform in Vegas earlier this year and was impressed by your act. Few people perform even one levitation effect well, but you made an entire beautiful act out of it. That's great.
My question is about a walk-around levitation effect. Do you carry with you any levitation effects? I'm thinking of corporate cocktail party engagements, for example. If so, what effect would that be? I can't think of the English name of the "Mega Gimmick" right now, but that would be an option, I guess. Thoughts? Thanks again for spending time with us here at the Café. C.

When I do walk around magic, I carry my floating wand with me, which is a great close up effect. Also, some loops and my new gimmick which is on my latest DVD, The Art of Levitation Part 3. That gives you plenty of possibilities. In general, I prefer to do levitation effects with objects I can find on the tables.
