This is outrageous. That's it, I'm goin' pee-pee in his coke. Consider this transgression healed and sealed, brother.

Notice, they are written in Chinese form, and they simply translate how to speak it in English. For example, saying 'curry' in Chinese. So... my point is, what is the possibility of a lay person (Chinese) listen to this song (Mandarin speaking song) will focus on these two particular sleight translated into such a name and have the curiosity to browse through the sea of internet web pages to look for explanation so that he can expose the secret? Personally speaking, being a work force in this world I do not even have time to listen to music, especially during the financial tsunami hitting hard in all levels of the world...

However, I was reading a friend's blog yesterday (who's a Jay Chau fan), and she was actually curious about the name Elmsley after listening to the song. In answering her question, a guy actually posted the instructions to the Elmsley Count on her blog. I still think it's no big deal, since the instructions won't make any sense to laymen anyway, but I still don't feel good about seeing that on a friend's blog... |

I just recall how much time I learn the count and how many years to make it look natural like today. So, I still think 'take it easy, it is just a song.' At least there is no translation on 'Clip Shift' at this moment. LOL

If you spend time working on your elmsley count rather than complaining that it's been revealed in some song, then the exposure, in this case, will become a moot point.
Pick a card, any card...

The solution here is simple. Add some real counts into your routines that are slightly "off" alignment, so the spectators can clearly see that you accidently expose a fair count. Then use the Elmsley.
Or just do magic for some of the millions who 1)Don't hear the song 2)Don't follow up 3)Don't understand what they read 4)Are entertained by magicians who are good at what they do, even when they (the specs) know how. Don't you all enjoy watching magic? |
