Dan and Dave,
Just a short question; I always wanted to know, since I struggle with my the condition of my hands alot, if you do anything special to care for your hands and fingers? Thanks in advance, Daniel |

I wouldn't say I do anything special. I have been using a Grip Master lately though.

I didn't even know such a thing existed. I use your hand exercise techniques from The Trilogy regularly... virtually every morning on the bus on the way to school (which makes me look a bit troubled).
I'll definitely pick one up.
