Click 'Product Range' 'Items A-Z'. Under M, you will find 'Mental Logs(Improved)'.

So where is the definitive work on routines with these? In DVD or book form? I still don't know exactly how to change the working for 2 or three dice.

Thanks Durian, unfortunately they don't sell to magicians only to dealers, I checked with dealers in Europe that they list but nobody has them .

This is a very affordable version in plastic:

25 kr = 3 dollar.

The method is identical for 2,3, or 4 rods.

The method is even good for quickly determining the total of the four numbers on a single rod.

People who want the best and most logical version of this classic should check out "Smart Gum" which is included in Everyday Wonders set number 3. Check with the guys at The Journal of Psience.

I saw some nice aluminium ones, with the numbers etched on while I was at the Blackpool convention. Just as I decided to buy them, some guy bought the last set.

I bought these from Brian. They look and feel so good. Great routine turns a seemingly puzzle into a real feat of mentalism.

Even if they are familiar with the sticks the final phase will cancel all they know out the window.

Reopening an old thread to report that Stevens now sells Lightning Math Sticks. The logs are large, nicely crafted from wood, on a wooden stand. Plenty large for large parlor to small stage. Classy. Larger than the set from Daytona, with one added feature: The performer can stand behind the logs and determine the sum in front. Pricy at $250, sometimes Stevens has 20% discounts.
