I know this is covered else were within the forums but this is specifically about strolling so it is worth staying here!
I purchased this last week and played around like mad all week, my flat was covered in balloons at 1 point I had a gig saturday night (wedding reception) and I took a few balloons with me, not my intention to throw it fully into my act but theres kids at weddings and I don't have much material kids follow easily so thought it may work. I performed it for a few familys and they all loved it, seems like it will be a top worker in the right situations, its not something I would perform for everyone but for those that did see it was shocked and got some great reactions has anyone else performed this strolling and got any tips with it? my tips are get the chris lyle ending, I'm now learning it and it makes this effect 10000x better get the spectator to blow the balloon up, that way if any moisture gets on the phone its theres and not yours carry a little bottle of hand gel!

I remember the origin of this effect in the 2007 S.A.M annual convention in Dallas Texas. An argenitinian magician named Mr.Daba do the same but with a deck of cards, and in that convention is Danny Garcia too...Probably they talk about it and he incorporate the use of the cellphone!!

I did Pressure feverishly for a month and a half, but never liked the "yeah, and here is your cellphone covered with spit" ..
WHY AM I SO STUPID? Good point about having them blow up the ballon! + I can already imagine the funny lines to go with it. thanks man.

The long and the short of it was that Pressure was my routine 10 years before Danny Garcia and Dan White ever came out with it. I wanted to do Jay Sankey's Airtight in a restaurant situation but as we all know, that's not very practicle.
So I came up with a way to do Airtight totally impromptu. It wasn't as "fair" as Sankey's version as you couldn't "shuffle" the deck inside the balloon and pluck the card out...but you could fully inflate the balloon, tie it off, and with a quick downward shake, the selected card would penetrate thru the bottom of the balloon. With my original handling I would then hand the balloon to the spectator fully inflated with the deck inside, pull out a knife and pop the balloon. The forward motion of the swipping action provided the necessary clean up automatically in the spectator's hand. They removed the deck out of the balloon...ta dah! You're done! Ten years later, Theroy 11 releases Pressure. The same routine only using a borrowed cell phone...however, with a very "obvious" clean up that weakens the overall routine. After speaking to Theory 11 about the routine, they agreed to purchase my version, give me credit, and offer my handling as a FREE DOWNLOAD in the Pressure Protected Forum on the Theory 11 website. Go here to buy it: http://www.theory11.com/tricks/pressure.php Once you purchase it, you're given an access code to download my explanation. Pressure (as many have posted in several threads and on many other forums) is a pretty simple trick to figure out by simply watching it. With in DAYS of its release, 100s of You Tubers posted their performance of it all stating, "I never bought it but was able to figure it out." As I previously stated, the original handling was very weak as taught by the Dan's which made reconstruction quite simple. Some prefer their version...in my opinion, because it's far easier to do than my version is and requires little to no practice. It plays well with the "street kids" who were brought up in this instant gratification society that we live in. What sells my version is that if the spectator THINKS they know how its done...the second you inflate the balloon and tie it off you just blow their theory out of the water. They litterally see the phone inside the balloon...no questions and they can't reconstruct it! Here is the original demo that I shot for Theory 11. I was in a mad rush to get it out to them so in this demo, you will see that I use a yellow balloon. DO NOT DO THIS! You will understand why after you watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJnOjHLE3Y0 However a problem did arrise. It seemed since the primary demographic of Theory 11 are kids, they were very worried about the use of a sharp knife in the routine. They were afraid of injury's, lawsuits, etc. We not only live in an Instant Gratification Society, but also in a Sue Happy World as well. My buddy Bizzaro came up with a great fix to that problem which is now how I end and clean up the routine and what you'll see below. Here's footage of me performing it at Boston's. You will note that I'm using CLEAR BALLOONS! That is what really sells it b/c when the phone is inside, they can cleary see it in there. I use the 11" Rounds that you use for doing Needle thru Balloon. Don't let the name throw you off here...I renamed it b/c by the time this footage was edited, there were already exposure video's online and I didn't want this to get attached to those. Below is my version with how I present it in a "bar/adult" environment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D87MShqPQvs&feature=related If you know how Pressure works, you may be able to watch these two demos and figure out how I'm doing the alt version. But trust me...it ain't as easy as it looks. Buy purchasing the routine from Theory 11 and watching my explanation, you will get the subtle nuances that give you that perfect hit 100% of the time. Some minor notes about my routine. I stopped showing "the back" of the phone about 3 months ago. It always seemed unnatural to me. Don't run if nobody is chasing you. In the live footage, I do it for one table and then I don't for the other. It seems more natural to not do the show. Also, do not over inflate the balloon. It takes too long for it to deflate which was another telegraph from the orignial handling as taught by Theory 11. Notice I only inflate the balloon just under half way. That makes for the quick penetration into the balloon. So that's it! Good luck with it. As Paul Harvey would say, "and now you know...The Rest of the Story!" Christopher

I should mention that from time to time I will still do "the knife" version during my stage show. Lot's of great lines can be used. So "the knife" while on stage, the Lyle/Bizzaro version for Strolling.
For what it's worth... Christopher

The pressure effect looks incredible. I saw it done in person last night at our magic hangout, and I was just amazed like a little kid.
