Andi Gladwin isn't a magician that just does tricks. Sure, he's a professional close-up performer who regularly performs at parties and corporate events in the UK, but there's much more to him that that.
Andi has authored several magic books, including the critically acclaimed 52 Memories, containing the magic of Jack Parker. Over the past two years, Andi has been collaborating with Joshua Jay to produce and publish magic through their brand Vanishing Inc. Magic. But he doesn't just publish magic; there's much more to him that that. For the last six years, he's also organized the only close-up convention in the UK. The Session attracts serious close-up magicians throughout the world. It's not your standard "lectures and shows" magic convention, instead Andi and his team put on original, informative events from some of the world's best thinkers. As a performer, Andi is a popular magician for corporate events in the UK. He's funny, confident and receives rave reviews wherever he performs. He's won a number of awards and as a teenager, he was invited by Lance Burton to perform in Las Vegas for his TV special. He has also appeared on over fifteen television shows in the UK, including the cult classic Big Breakfast. His first DVD set, The Master Pushoff will be released during his week at The Magic Café. The DVD set focuses on the underused and rarely seen double pushoff and Andi's many, many applications with it. Along with the launch of his DVD set, Andi promises to make his week at The Magic Café fun, informative and entertaining ... with lots of surprises! ---
