It doesn't really look much different from John Cornelius's original shrinking card case. Only difference is the person in the video moves there hand faster than I have seen most do who use the effect. I would imagine that this is a knock off. If you want the real thing check with John Cornelius and see if he still has the original for sale.

If that's a knock-off of John's box, I never see anyone hold the box as openly as the fellow in the demo is. It could be that the angle shown and the resolution hide that certain something.

This appears that it could be Rob Bromley's shrinking card case.
