OMG!!! I want to right now thank the wizard product review for the review of the mouthcoil routine. 6 years ago when I was about 10, I went to a magic show which starred Robert Bax.I volunteered to go on stage and he performed the mouth coil routine on stage while I was the volunteer. It was the most fantastic experience ever when I was a child back then and I'm sure it was being on stage with him on this routine that got me into magic. Recently I've spent ages trying to remember about this performer and who he was, and I was in awe watching this review when he came on. Thanks so much guys once again for reviewing this product as I've found out who he is and the DVD of the proper routine!
Magic is propar class like hew!

I bought the Baxt mouth coil dvd when it came out and was disappointed. Not sure how this got worker of the week. There's nothing really new on the dvd. The blowing is somewhat interesting but you have to tear the mouth coil off every foot or so and that weakens the beauty of the mouth coil in my opinion. The routine is fun and he does it well but if you are looking for anything unique, look elsewhere. And it is definitely nowhere near the funniest mouth coil routine. That honor goes hands down to Timmy Toilet Paper by Burgoon by a mile.

Is Timmy a mouth coil routine? I thought it just used the roll of toilet paper but I could be mistaken.

Its probably just me but I think taking anything out your mouth and especially putting something in your mouth around kids is not good. I don't even give small kids balloon animals out of fear one will break and they will put a piece of balloon in their mouth.....I know I'm beingover overcautious but some of the parents I know would frown on anyone doing this. Sure What's your thoughts on this as I have battled over using mouth coils for a long time. After this glowing review by Craig and Dave, I must be missing something and am tempted to try it.

Burgoon's routine ends with a mouth coil.

Tried to watch the episode on YouTube tonight, but it was not cooperating. It was pausing and stopping. I could not get thru the entire episode.

Please don't get me wrong here, as I really look forward to the WMR, but this past weeks reviews does not seem to have gained much interest. I'll have to freely admit that I really didn't at all care for any of the effects reviewed, but that certainly is no reflection whatsoever upon Craig and David. Hey, sometimes it's a hit and miss, but keep them coming by all means as I really enjoy and look forward to them. Perhaps reviewing the older (relatively speaking) magic tricks is a bad idea? Just a thought.

I purchased the Mouthcoil Routine DVD. I don't see anywhere where Robert Baxt identifies the coils he uses. Are these 25' Udays?
Thanks
