I never heard of this cut. Is this in a book or video?

No. Alexander Yan is an underground magician who performs in Las Vegas, and so far his works are unpublished. I met him at McBride's Masterclass.
Also, this cut also goes by the name of the aLEX cut. |

Unless he moved, Alexander Yan doesn't live in Vegas, he lives in CT. He used to work at the magic shop I used to hang out at, although I have never seen his ""Alex cut", I'm sure it's good.

True, he lives in CT, but is considered an underground magician in Las Vegas where he frequently performs. By the way, that's me.
