For stand-up or parlor (not close-up though) Guy Hollingworth had one or two in Drawing Room Deceptions that could probably survive having the spectator do the tearing with minimal oversight.

I am working on using parts of the routine from Connected by Peter Harrison. The Idea I'm working with is to do a 2 card transposition with signed cards (They sign one and I sign one) When the cards are revealed, I am holding the one they signed - They are holding the card I signed. They rip my card, I rip theirs. I restore their card using Daniel Garcia's TORN. The card they ripped is restored using the routine in Connected (not a visible restore, and only 3/4 restore with them holding the matching corner)
