Just stumbled upon this site:

They have some beautiful bits and pieces - bone dice, leather dice cups, 14th Century playing cards, leather gambling tokens called 'jettons'.

Did a search and it doesn't seem to be a site that's been mentioned before. I've ordered some of their 18th Century English playing cards for fortune telling purposes.
