Eugene Burger has a nice routine with Dice & Coins Through Table on an old Steven's Greater Magic DVD.
I don't know if it's his, but I like the color changing dice he does as an opening effect.

Check out Curtis Kam's version of Sach's dice routine from his download "Hacking Sack and Bolt". The magic completely takes place in the spectator's hand which adds more engagement. Also you get a bonus effect where a bolt twists out of a nut so who doesn't like that .

The Moon Die Mystery (Bob Hummer's Collected Secrets).

There was an old Eddie Joseph trick with cards and 2 dice. Card selected and returned. Spectator rolls the dice. Deal to the number on the 1st die, and you get a card showing the number on the 2nd die. Deal to the number on the 2nd die and get the number showing on the 1st die. Add the 2 numbers together and deal down and there is the selected card. With some nice false cuts thrown in it is very good.
