Don't let the old perception that products from China are bad. Not always the case...
Mass produced things maybe, but in this case, it's probably made in limited quantity by a magician that hopefully takes pride in his work like most of us do. Why don't you write an email asking who makes it, and the quality. At least you can get a feel for the craftsmanship. Just my thoughts.

The last time I bought a magic trick on eBay was WOW gimmick it was kind of cheap so I got it from this magic shop so I got a few more things & do I regret it, they were fake & very bad.In the video they look great but when I received them they were the worst made gimmicks ever. I say but stuff from where you live, Go to you're local magic shops or go to a known magic web site & purchase things there I reported the guy on eBay & he is still selling bad magic. Gaffs need to be in the best shape possible I like using gaffs when the time is right it is hard enough to show gaffed cards ect. You want them to look amazing not just good.

Looks like the card o matic trick you use with a pencil. I feel that would have a better effect than the one on your picture.

I can't see spending that kind of money when one could use a Devano Deck (hey, it was good enough for Don Alan). If I'm not badly mistaken, the Martini Rising Card Deck is a Devano Deck.
