I would be interested to know where Jay Sankey's stuff has been seen in various books and magazines. That means no videos or DVDs.
Here is a list of what I know of: New Directions—Ben Harris, volumes 1 to 6 When Creators Collide...—Sankey/Sanders/Harris Sankey Pankey—Richard Kaufman 100% Sankey—Richard Kaufman The Collected Almanac—Richard Kaufman (most of this material was later included in Sankey Panky) I know he wrote in Magic also but that was mostly essaues I think. Anything else?

Peo,
He now has a column in Genii. The column runs every other issue I believe. He provides effects instead of essays. In 1999, there was a Sankey issue for Genii. This came shortly after Kaufmann's arrival. Bob |

Bob,
Are you sure about this? I checked the three latest issues of Genii, and there was nothing by Sankey in there.

Yes, Bob is right. It's not always every other issues, it depends on the contents.

Peo,
I apologize. Sankey's column does not run every other month. It appears to be on a random schedule. I believe that he has had only three or four entries for this new column so far. Bob |

I believe he has a book out entitled Twenty Years of Magic or similar. It is collection of four sets of his lecture notes.

Yeah, it's called Twenty Years of Magic.
Also, if you're interested, Jay is going to release a book called Beyond Secrets which he has been working on for over six years!!! Release date is sometime this upcoming January.

A new book by Sankey??? WOW!!! How can I ever buy everything he puts out?? HOW?
As for literature by Sankey, I also have his latest lecture notes called Lecture Notes 2003. I haven't gone through all effects yet, but here are some really good ones. P.S. From where do you get all this information about his future releases?

Subscribe to his newletter at his website. Were you the user who had an avatar of you and Sankey?

Yep. That's me all over.
I am supposed to be on his list, but I haven't heard from him for a long time now. Better put my email again.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it a fact that Jay Sankey has let Penguin Magic take care of all his business or am I mistaken?
