I watched Bruce Cervon perform a gambling routine on video and I thought it was really good. I was wondering does anyone know the name of this effect and is it pretty easy to learn. Thanks

I'm sure someone will help you once you'll be more precise. You know - what video? What routine?

It might be off his Ultra Cervon video I'm not sure, he has someone deal out 3 or 4 hands to the spectators and he brings out his own hand and switches card one at a time to each spectator. very fair he still ends up with winning hand. I hope that helps enough.

Sounds like a variation of the ten card poker deal with multiple hands using the Jonah priniciple with each of the dealer's cards. If that is the basic method, you can probably come up with something of your own with a little thought. Sounds like it would be a fun exercise in creativity

I should have said in answer to the question of if it is easy to do. It really isn't very difficult. If you have studied RRTCM or have the the Card College books and have actually learned from them. Learning To pay the price should be a breeze. Also To Pay The Price is nothing like the Ten Card Poker Deal.

You're welcome mtstic If you know the basic needed techniques for card magic beyond a force and dbl lift you shouldn't have any problems learning the effect. B.T.W. if you don't have the book Ultra Cervon L&L has it as a downloadable PDF that you can buy since they are the publishers of that book.
