I've noticed many folks these days express a great deal of card knowledge (real or imagined), yet the same oftimes cannot do the magic.
I may be offbase, but do you see the same? If you do, what would you contribute it to and do you think it hurts magic in any way? |

Simply because one has a facination with sleight of hand and can discuss it intelligently does not make one a purveyor of sleight of hand.
The CIA has Analysts and Field Agents. Both have their place and neither one is more important than the other. Problems arise, however, when an Analyst tries to be a field agent and vice versa. SEY |
