What is your favorite effect in Loranye's book, Close-up Card Magic? I couldn't
tell you because I'm not done with it yet, just want to know your thoughts
or whatever.

My 2 favorite effects are "Coincidentally Yours" and "Little Fella Big Fella". (LFBF is actually a Walter Gibson Effect.)

I have been told that it is probably the most commercial card magic book available and I would have to agree with that assesment.

This is hard for me to choose one favorite, so, I shall choose one of his best called
"Out Of This Universe".

The many shuffles used with this fine routine makes it look like real ESP.

I do the Lazy Man Card Trick every chance I get to do the set up. The hand's off nature of the trick completely baffles audiences. Out of the UNiverse is another classic. And if I'm not mistaken, I don't have the book in front of me, but I think there is a trick called STOP! that just blows them away... it's a bit risky but I love taking chances when I perform. Check out all of his other books and videos to find hidden gems.
