From all other reviews of John Rigg's work this book seems like it is a must.
Can someone please give a little more info about some of the effects? |

All of John Riggs' materials are must have's. He is one of the greatest thinkers of mentalism around.
This particular book has about 22 different effects in it (although 4 or 5 are more bizarre magic than mentalism) and a discussion about palmistry and readings. There are classic effects, like headline predictions, Add a number, spoon and key bending as well as a description of a blindfolding method with duct tape. He has a clever Add a number gimmick with a calculator. There are also some off-beat effects in there as well. Just listing the effects does a disservice, though, as it is Mr. Riggs' thinking, presentations and stories that really make these effects. He knows how to set a mood for mentalism. Buy this. You will not be dissapointed. Sandy |
