Yep, there are several versions to be found. A very inexpensive version (made in China) is called "Water from Above". It runs for under $30.00 normally (and found on eBay).

Seo Magic sells a set called "Miracle Water" for $35.00.

I think the set that McBride uses was made by Owen. I could be wrong as Owen doesn't list them anymore.

These are not gimmicked bowls. A pal of mine did this with tea cups. McBride's props missed a flight and he just borrowed two bowls to do it. It is all acting and sleight of mouth.
