I only have a few of these things left. Thank you all for your patience and your assistance! This one looks like an Adams Magic-type prop, almost toy-like, but I do not want to discard it if it proves to be a part of something larger.
It is made of red plastic and is almost two inches long. It has a hole running through the center, about big enough for a thick shoelace. |

Looks like a 'bead' supplied with a version of 'Cords of Phantasia" set..or it's progenitor: "Grandmother's necklace" froma beginner's magic set

That is what I suspect it is, it should have 2 strings/cords and also another blue and white bead to perform the trick. Not of any value, as the originals were made out of wood. I still have my Adam's Magic one in it's box.

The Royal Magic version was called "Hindu Beads".

And here again...I will delight in Bill's returning presence on the Café' Sorely missed him I did.....

StevieDee, I think you nailed it. Here is the promo photo of the Royal Magic Hindu Beads. I can't tell from the photo if the beads are wooden or plastic, though since it is a Royal Magic product I would assume they are plastic. Thanks again, guys!
