I know that Jeff Dunham is the pioneer of the 3d printed dummy but has anyone else experimented with this technology. As 3d printing is now so easily available I thought I might try it out.

I have a printer and use it mainly for prototyping parts or making parts that require computer precision..
I don't see any Benifit to 3D printing a full head over traditional sculpting/Molding/casting (Except for weight maybe)
It would take a long time and some printers can be quite finicky (so if your print fails - then you have wasted a lot of time).
I would also be curious if someone has done a full head..
If I was forced to do that - I would most likely print it in sections.
