I am going to purchase the ultimate cane next week as well as a appearing cane to work on the opening of a routine I want to be able to perform at a xmas party later this year.
My question is this. Is it possible to perfom a dancing cane routine by starting out with some flourishes and then be able to setup in front of an audience? Or are the flourishes limited to the range of the gimmick that need to be set before the routine. Also is it possible to use the ultimate cane gimmick on a appearing cane? Any help and advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

You can do various "flourishes" with a dancing cane. Have it revolve around and over the hand, adhere to the palm and to spin on it, and to rise up your closed fist, all before you start the routine. And don't forget that a good dancing cane routine usually is no more than 90 seconds.
