Are there any "must see" magic shows in Orlando or even inside Disney World? Will be there the week of May7th. Especially close_up... Thanks.

Hope it's not to late to mention this...

Terry Ward performs at Hollywood Studios at Disney as "Jack Diamond." He does a great street show with cards, coins, and 3 shell game. He performs with the "Citizens of Hollywood" so you may see him in some of the comic skits they do. It's all performed on the street. Either Hollywood (the "main street" that you walk in on) or Sunset Blvd. (The street leading to Tower of Terror). If you see any "citizens" walking about, you can ask if Jack Diamond is there that day.

Other than that... The Boardwalk Resort at Disney World (in between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you can walk or take the boat, or take the bus). Has magicians and jugglers out each night from 6 pm - 10 pm. There are 3 performers each night and they appear a couple of places and perform 20 minute street shows. Kardenni and Antwon Towner are the 2 magicians there currently. Some of the jugglers perform some magic as well... if you happen to catch a night when Maks is performing (Russian Clown, he wears all white and black... performs as a mime) make sure to catch his act. Fantastic performer.

Outside of Disney, Checkout Tony Brents "Outa Control Magic Show" at Wonderworks.

Also... be sure to look up "Wizardz Magic Theatre" - a small magic theatre close to Disney, they have shows each Monday night. A lot of big names perform there (Pop Haydn, Michael Ammar, and Shoot Ogawa have all performed there this year already.).
