I wanted to know if any of you has had much experience with lightning from Magic Smith. Is it a good trick for street magic and maybe some small groups?? Please let me know what you think. Thanks!!

You do need some distance with it. Angles can become an issue. Using the right bulb is also an issue. I'm not crazy about the color of the light, either, too bluish. But a lot of people swear by it. For close-up, though? Not too close.
