I regret to tell my Magic Café Friends that Rice's Palmo is sold out.
The Rice's Palmo will not be made again by Silk King Studios. While they were arguably the best on the market, I am sure that another similar product is available elsewhere. I would like those of you who are familiar with the Rice's Palmo to assist me with names to advise magicians who are contacting me directly, as well as, by commenting on this topic to advise Café members as to the best sources for a similar quality product. Thank you very much. |

So sad to read this news.
Laflin Magic has been selling their Palmo gimmick for many years. It is much thinner material, and is painted a darker flesh tone, and has a shiny surface. I am glad that I scored 4 of the devices from Rice over the decades. They are all still in pristine condition even with continued (albeit rotated) use.

Ruth, you should remove the item from the website or mark it Sold Out. I was trying to order one this week and I just kept getting an error message when I added it to the shopping cart. I thought it was a computer glitch until I happened to spot this thread.
