Hope somebody can help me on this.

I'm trying to workout who is the maker of this brass "Pea Can" ??

Instead of the cork it has a brass cap and it fits tightly to lift up the inner tube and reveal contents at the bottom of the main tube.

At first I thought it was Vikings "Trans Mint" but this might be too small for that and it looks a bit different.

The item with cap on is 5cm tall.


Any help ???
