In this week's special Halloween podcast, we visit The Wilde Collection near downtown Houston, Texas, which is a relatively new emporium of the odd, the unusual, the occult, the weird, and well...just crazy. There are other places across the country and around the world that have unusual artifacts that try to shock the customers, but this place is more like what a home would look like if Oscar Wilde lived with Edgar Allen Poe. And the "nightmare art" created by the artist-in-residence is literally a product of his dreams.
You can watch a video tour of The Wilde Collection by the guest on this week's show, see some photos of other items from the shop, read the blog, listen online, and download the MP3 file at: http://themagicwordpodcast.com/scottwell......an-wilde And you can also listen through iTunes, Stitcher, Tunein, and Feedpress among other podcast platforms. Congratulations to Tim Rappel who won this week's contest for "Cool Cash by John T. Sheets" from Kozmo Magic. If you would like to receive a FREE set of eight Loops by Yigal Mesika and help the podcast, we are offering a special deal this week only. If you donate/pledge any amount and become a Friend of The Magic Word, then I will send you a set of Loops.
