Browsing the Café I saw a few members mention mention working at CP in Sandusky Ohio. Me too! I wondered how common and far back that might go.
Growing up in Huron put me in close proximity to the park. Anybody remember the MDA convention in 1976? It was a good one. In 1979 (I think) I was magician/cashier at Jungle Larry's Magic Shop. Not as cool as the "real" magicians doing four shows a day but still a paying gig. And with a bit of history because Arsenio Hall worked it a few years before. How about you? |

I remembered something else. Jeff Bibic was in that role (magician/cashier) the year before me. Is he still around? I know he was in the business for years.

I helped Jeff Bibik get into the business, a "few" years ago. As far as I know, he's still in it. Although we haven't corresponded for awhile.
At the MDA Convention at CP, I remember working a "spot" for an afternoon.
