Just received mine today and glad I took a chance on this one. All I can say is "awesome" product again from MW. Thanks to Alakazam, Tony and all involved on a clever item.

I purchased the Medallion Box from a dealer called Pegani in Denmark and now awaiting delivery. For anyone who may be interested, he has a Magic Wagon Bermuda Medallion in stock

I received Medallion Box today and my doubts were blown away - this is simply SUPERB. It's easy to do and almost woks itself - but I won't be tempted to perform it until my handling & patter is second nature.
The thinking is pure genius and I feel privileged to own it, as there's such a limited supply (you may still be able to obtain one at Pegani, Denmark). The fact that you put their bill behind the ribbon where it is left in full view for the rest of the routine and that the spectator removes it himself at the conclusion is the real kicker. This has WOW factor in abundance |

For those who purchased the Medallion Box, I saw extra medallions that can be purchased on ebay for just a few $$. This is great for doing a quick set-up if you are doing walk around and want to repeat the routine again with several of these.

Anyone with Medallion [that performs it] able to give me an idea of how they describe the coin
Is it silly to say it's a real Mayan coin [as it looks new and not worn at all] Do you say something like, this is a 'genuine' replica Mayan coin... [Maybe sold for 2012 and the end of the world?] Any hints or tips for how you direct your patter in regards to the coins worth and what it is [real/fake/collectors remake] Just be interesting and helpful to get some hints/guidance I was hoping for a bit more script – as although I like to do my own script – it’s always nice to see other performances and ‘bounce’ off them, into your own presentation… I like the idea of buying more Medallions - are the ebay ones the exact same ones [?] as needing to be ‘re-set’ [away from eyes] for each performance… is a drag... but just a quick switch of note and coin would be easier... Any help or advice would be awesome - by PM if it reveals too much [?] I got Die-abolical V2 at the same time - and that is perfect... this one I obviously am still on a journey with [to make it performace ready] Thanks for any words nice/helpful or troll-ish - all taken gladly x |
