Need a very visual color changing deck, not a whole routine, just a sudden color change. Ideas?

Color Changing Deck that is. A much easier but not so impressive version is Frank Garcia's NEW YORK OPENER is his SUPER SUBTLE CARD MIRACLES.

If I remember correctly there is quite a nice version on one of the Malone Meets Marlo's DVD's.

Yes, the one from these tapes is one of the best I have seen because it has more than one "moment."

And better check out Joshua Jay's PRISM deck. Great routine.

David Williamson performs and teaches one of the most deceptive and elegant color changing decks IMO.

Best

The first one I learned. Derek Dingle's "Colour Triumphant".

Try Blindsided by O Pearlman; it's very good. A guy did it for me recently and it's quite shocking.

Shin Lim's52 Shades of Red has always been a favourite of mine, as you said you don't need the whole routine, I believe he sells just the deck on his website, it is very self explanatory and easy to use. Also doesn't require a deck switch which is great.
