Many of you seem pretty knowledgeable when it comes to science.
What Sci-Fi movies do you think display the most realistic/plausible inventions, mathematics, physics, etc? I'm really curious to get your opinions on this.

Many of you seem pretty knowledgeable when it comes to science is pretty tautological since science means knowledge and thus Idiocracy is one that springs to mind.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Haven’t seen many of the new sci-fi movies. But at the time of its release, I thought Blade Runner depicted some great future innovations (such as swiping a plastic card to get money). Also, if I’m not mistaken, the earlier Bond movies always had one or two futuristic inventions that became reality shortly afterwards.
