Hi guys,
I'm doing an outside Christmas Market type thing next month and was just wondering if anyone had any fun routines or effects they'd suggest. I'd quite like to use some flash paper as have never used it before. Can anyone either recommend something incorporating that or perhaps some fun outdoors tricks? Or something Christmassy? I'm rambling...I'm sorry!Just don't want to have people bored in the cold english weather! Tom |

If this is an outdoor event, a small gust of wind or a light breeze could cause the fireball to hit some nice lady right in her hairspray laden head (and nothing good happens next). Also, take into account that in today's society, sudden loud noises or firey flashes might potentially cause a panic to someone catching it out of the corner of their eyes. I used to love playing with it. I even had a double barrel fireball shooter but I personally don't touch the stuff anymore in a public appearance. If you have a group of friends who would expect stuff like that from you during an informal party or get together, have fun with it. Just be very careful and mindful of how others may see it. There are varied opinions on this subject, this is just my 2 cents worth (especially since you say you have not used it in performance before). Other than the flash paper issues, have fun at the event. It always seems others have more fun when the performer is too.
