Is there an "established" gimmicked deck where the backs are normal, but the faces are split in half vertically, such that one side is a back, and the other side is a face. This allow the deck to be spread showing all backs, then rotated 180 degrees to show all faces.

Haven't seen anything like this. You could build your own if you're comfortable with splitting cards and can find a deck with one side is all black. The closest I can think of is the NOC cards yet they still have a white edge.

I don't have it to check, but take a look at Magic Maker's Triu*ph deck.
