Alright folks, I know I broke the cardinal rule and purchased something from overseas, even though it didn't specify that on Amazon, however I received this TV Card frame w/ plexi @ 4"X4" (which I've never seen before) and there were no instructions included for operation or assembly. The arms are so uneven, it looks like a wood shop project for a kindergarten class. The internal unit takes 2 AAA, and one 12V and the remote looks as though it takes a 12V, but when one is installed, the unit won't close. I've put in a request w/ Amazon for a return, but that is depending on the seller-which there's been no response for a while. Any advice on handling this?
Thanks! |

Need picture and reference to the item you purchased. So it is an electronic TV Card Frame?

Yes sir, Mr. Bill.
TV Card Frame that operates with remote. Looks like two small 12v batteries operate remote and one area of effect, along with 2AAA batteries as well. |

Okay, I looked on eBay, and I would guess you purchased the silver pillars with black and stand.
It looks like the traditional model, do you know how the non-electronic version works? If so it is very similar I would guess. |
