Any smart phone that has Instagram. If they don’t have an Instagram account, you could just use your own. I’ve had great success with this method. This is a perfect method to apply with another method called the one ahead step. You could literally create an entire routine with it.

How long is the routine from start to finish? Do you feel like it is best used in casual situations, or is the whole routine engaging enough for a paying audience?
