I never thought that the "alternate handling" was so strong when I firstly read Chicago Surprise.

Good to see the live performance.

Totally agree. I rushed to re-read Pop's booklet (hint, it's affordable and downloadable). Absolute gold in there. I hadn't realized eg how important the face-up force was until the re-read. Also, the naming of "chosen" card timed just right as it's face down. I also re-read a very important line worth thinking about, "Magic is, it seems (to Pop), it's own message." Lynn
