If you need fear to enforce your beliefs, then your beliefs are worthless.

As in the punishment fit the crime kind of way.

The poetic variety is always deliberate as it is penned by the author, No?

I don't know why this particular nit is being picked, but they got what they deserved; the outcome is just.
YMMV.

It is 'just' a good old reminder that "justice" is a human construct, not an animal one.
Poetic justice, however, need not be the actions of a human, only the interpretation by one. Said one lion to the next: "How do like your hunters served?" To which the other replied, "Poached!" |

Buh dum...dum.
Good reminder. Since it's a human concept, do you think it can be perfected using objective criteria. I think it's an important question since all this subjectivity is making a mess of things; and the faster information moves the worse it gets.

It would have been more poetic if the Rhino's got them instead of the Lions.

"Hey Bob I think I see some lions." "Well smarty we are not here for lions we are here for the rhinos!" "Oh ok never mind then."
Good magic to all, Eric |
