I am looking for methods or ideas to ditch a card from back-palm. I have a sequence where I vanish to back-palm in my right hand but I need to get rid of that card. I have the deck from which the card was taken in my left hand - well it is not really the deck from which it came but that is another story. At the moment I take the right hand with the back-palmed card under the deck in the left hand and transfer the card into my left hand under the deck and simultaneously transfer the deck to my right hand and hold the deck out in my right hand. But the hands are at right angles when the transfer takes place and so the card is now horizontally across my left palm and fingers which is not the best place to palm it as my hands do not cover the full length of the card. However, it sort of works as I only have it for a couple of seconds as the deck has changed and there is misdirection from that magic to allow me to ditch the card into a left side pocket.
Does anyone know of any alternative moves that might help me here? |
