I picked up this very colorful set of cards at a magic meeting this week in a "grab bag" and have not seen it before. Someone suggested it may be a newer version of an old "Supreme Magic" trick called "Too-Late Climax". If anyone is familiar, has instructions or information, I would be appreciative for any help. If not, I am sure I can come up with something.
Thanks so much. Piper Click here to view attached image. |

Here is the other side of the "Too Late" card. Also, the "Toy Shop" is a bifold with a plain white interior that can hold the cards and has a divider in the center to make two separate compartments.

After searching the web, I have seen a similar effect called "Moaning Morry" and there may be pieces missing. The pic of the "Morry" illusion shows 5 toy items and a fold out of a large unhappy grumpy looking person that seems would fit in the "toy shop" wallet. This likely uses an Elmsly count to move the cards around, and I think I can make some fun with it for my children's shows but I would like to learn what the original intent was if possible.
Thanks again all. |
