Mark Strivings was at our club meeting some months ago but I could not afford to buy anything at the time.
Does anyone know which book of his has the instructions for his super roughing technique that he uses to make his version of the invisible deck. I don't want to go into detail and give away his secrets, so please pardon my explanation of what is so far above your regular invisible deck routine. But anyone who knows the resource will get what I'm trying to say And I have emailed him at the aol address but have not heard back so it may be incorrect. |

MisterE21,
That looks great, but alas no. The way Mark did it was he had several people help him come up with a card say the 10hearts. Then he pulled out a deck from one of his pockets and found that made up card revearsed in the deck. It was almost like he had 52 decks on his body. Is that a big enough hint? Thanks for the help. I might go with that effect too as it looks like it would be strong. Jonathan |

This sounds a lot like the way Mike Close handles it. it's on one of his DVD's... let me find it and I'll get back to you.

That's not it, eh? I remember seeing it when he lectured here in SLC...hang on, lemme look a bit more...
E By the way, Fire, it's not Close's handling.

If someone has a lead on a useful one, please PM me. Lee Darrow, C.Ht.

I saw one of his tapes quite awhile ago (can't remember the name) & he did an effect that sounds like the one described..It was not the ID.
If it is the one I am thinking of he used to sell it but stopped. Perhaps he is making it again. |
