Howdy Folks
I was wondering if there is any good material on learning Flourishes. My repertoire on slieghts is fairly good, I just want to try and make my stuff look nicer Peace |

Haulboss:
Try Jerry Mentzer's "Counts, Cuts, Moves and Subtlety." Practiced well, it will move your repertoire from "fairly good," to "downright snazzy!"

If you REALLY want to learn card flourishes there is only ONE source... and it just came into print! I just picked up today from the author.... The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes... "encyclopedia" is an understatement. Here is the scoop on the book... 500+ pages, 2500+ photos and very detailed printed directions as well. I have know the author, Jerry Cestkowski, for 20+ years... he can DO all this stuff and more! 200+ visually distinct effects... no minor variations. Sells for $65 as in intro price, but it will very soon be going up to $80+... the demand at this price has been high... don't wait! Email Jerry at flourishman@aol.com for details... expect about $5 for shipping.
I have no financial arrangement with Jerry... just great awe for this great work! Bob LaRue |

There is another flourishes thread just a page or two back that would be worth reading. Additionally sources that I see recommended are Greg Wilson's Card Stunts and Brian Tudors Show off videos.
